Zoom Phone Training - Call Recording
Recording the Current Call
Use a button along the side of the screen
Button #1 from the top is your current phone line
Button #2 (the second one down) is the record button
To start recording press Button #2
The display (and you will hear) *7
The person on the other end will not hear the tones
To stop recording either press Button #2 again or simply hang up
Use the numbers keypad
While in a phone call press *7
(as in the start button then the 7 button)When you hang up the phone the call recording will stop
To stop recording during the call press *7
Listen to, download, or delete a recording
Zoom Web Site
https://zoom.us >> Sign In >> Use SSO (wls4kids domain) or WLS Google login
On the left, go to "Personal" >> Phone
Near the top click on "Recording"
You can now play, download, or delete your recordings
NOTE: You can also go to the "Voicemail" tab to play, download, or delete your voicemails
Zoom Program - Windows or WLS Chromebook
On either your WLS Windows Computer OR your WLS Chromebook run the "Zoom" program
Click on "Sign In" >> Use SSO (wls4kids domain) or WLS Google login
Click on the "Phone" tab across the top
In the main body click on the "History" tab
You will now see all of your call history. The calls with a recording will show a circle icon below the number for the call. Click on the call you want to review.
The call will expand and you can now play, save the recording, or delete the recording. You can also call them back using your device as long as you have speakers and a microphone.
NOTE: You can also go to the "Voicemail" tab to play, download, or delete your voicemails
