District & School Report Cards
The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) annually issues report cards for each Ohio school district and each Ohio school.
As of 2016, the district report cards include 16 measures in six major component areas – Achievement, Progress, Gap Closing, Graduation Rate, K-3 Literacy and Prepared for Success.
The Ohio Department of Education Report Card Resources Web Site contains information on how the report cards are created and guidelines to help explain what it all means.

National PTA - Parents' Guides to Student Success
